We Change Your Bad Habits
To change our bodies (long term) we must change our habits. The amount of body fat you have can be a direct reflection of your habits more so than your genetics. Habits are deeply ingrained in our subconscious minds, so it can be very difficult to change them.
Bad habits we’ve developed over time include the following:
- We get busy and rely on the convenience technology has brought to our lives. Most readily available and inexpensive foods are highly processed and devoid of any nutritional va
- Restaurants serve us far more food than we actually need.
- We are over extended and too tired to think about meal planning. Simple convenience takes over and we cercum to whatever is quickest, easiest, fastest and tastes the best (regardless of the effects).
This is a reality. That is why it is important to eat the diet foods until you have learned the ability to have other quick, easy, good tasting and good-for-you-foods regularly in your diet and available as oftne as possible.
Internet and TV advertise false claims like, “Lose 30 pounds in 30 days”, “Shed unwanted body fat by taking a pill or prescription” with bogus before/after photos. These are called scams and if losing fat were that easy, there would be no obesity epidemic.
We’re Not a Quick Fix
A Balanced Weigh is a proven, reputable source for real weight loss, not a scam.
A diet is not a scam when the client is losing healthy weight (body fat). At least half of the weight lost on this protocol is body fat.
