At A Balanced Weigh we have a successful and realistic program to follow. Our 3 step program that allows you to naturally achieve the life changing weight loss you deserve.
Step 1: Lose Weight
Step one starts you on your way to healthy weight loss by using the our program-approved protein foods as a high quality protein source for three out of your four meals each day. This provides you with the correct amount of healthy protein necessary to protect and maintain your calorie burning muscles all while you burn your stored fat as energy. The combination of our protein supplement food along with your own lean protein, vegetables and small amounts of fruit, whole grain and diary amply satisfy clients appetites and allow for a safe weight loss. Clients stay on this step of the program until they have reached 100% of your weight loss goal.
Step 2: Stabilization
Step 2 is the key to your weight loss stabilization success. The slow and methodical re-introduction of more moderate amounts of your own lean proteins, and healthy fats to your diet each week allows for an increase in calories without a weight increase. How is this possible you ask. After having rested the pancreas and lost body fat we also re-set your metabolism. This method allows your body to re-adjust to producing the correct amount of insulin needed to sustain a more normal calorie increase and helps you keep unwanted pounds off.
Step 3: New Lifestyle
The final step is the biggest key: continue using the core principles you were taught while in step one of the program, while working with your coach on developing this style of eating as part of your new lifestyle. At A Balanced Weigh we recognize this part of the program as the most critical piece of the puzzle. We work one on one with our clients as individuals to strike the realistic approach to your new eating foundation. This is a process that looks slightly different to everyone. With a caring, experienced coach by your side you won’t put the weight back on! We develop an honest, authentic relationships with your clients and become a trusted resource for all of their nutrition concerns as they progress through life. We are here for you on an on-going/as needed basis.
